Exposed Fastener Stand

For through-fastened metal panels, the Exposed Fastener Stand mounts directly into the roof structure with a pre-applied butyl seal — locking the snow rail in place while keeping every fastener weather-tight.

  • Available in 1-hole and 2-hole configurations
  • Factory butyl strip seals each penetration
  • Tile / shingle version in development for even more roof types
  • Carries the TitanCore™ rail rated to 3,000 lb

Panel compatibility

Exposed Fastener 1-Hole Stand — fits rib crowns ≥1.5″, clears ribs up to 1.25″ tall, 4.72″ base
Exposed Fastener 2-Hole Stand — fits rib crowns ≥1.5″, clears ribs up to 2″ tall, for high snow loads and steep slopes

Sealed against leaks

Every stand ships with a factory butyl strip on the base. As you torque it down, the butyl compresses into a continuous gasket around each fastener — so the very holes you create stay watertight for the life of the roof.

Exposed Fastener Stand for tile and shingle roofs

A tile / shingle version is coming

We're developing a version of the stand for tile and shingle roofs — bringing the same engineered snow retention to even more roof types. Choose the 1-hole stand for standard loads or the 2-hole stand where extra pull-out strength is needed.
